1. Rebuke not an elder, but entreat him as a father, and the younger men as brethren,
2. అన్నదమ్ములని ¸యవనులను, తల్లులని వృద్ధ స్త్రీలను, అక్కచెల్లెండ్రని పూర్ణపవిత్రతతో ¸యవనస్త్రీలను హెచ్చరించుము.
2. the elder women as mothers, the younger as sisters, in all purity.
3. నిజముగా అనాథలైన విధవరాండ్రను సన్మానింపుము.
3. Honor widows who are truly widows.
4. అయితే ఏ విధవరాలికైనను పిల్లలు గాని మనుమలు గాని యుండిన యెడల, వీరు మొదట తమ యింటివారియెడల భక్తి కనుపరచుటకును, తమ తలిదండ్రులకు ప్రత్యుపకారము చేయుటకు
4. But if any widow has children or grandchildren, let them learn first to show piety at home and to requite their parents, for that is good and acceptable before God.
5. అయితే నిజముగా అనాథయైన విధవరాలు ఏకాకియై యుండి, దేవునిమీదనే తన నిరీక్షణనుంచుకొని, విజ్ఞాప నలయందును ప్రార్థనలయందును రేయింబగలు నిలుకడగా ఉండును.

5. Now she that is indeed a widow, and desolate, trusteth in God and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.
6. సుఖభోగములయందు ప్రవర్తించునది బ్రదుకు చుండియు చచ్చినదైయుండును.
6. But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
7. వారు నిందారహితులై యుండునట్లు ఈలాగు ఆజ్ఞాపించుము.
7. And these things charge them, that they may be blameless.
8. ఎవడైనను స్వకీయులను, విశేషముగా తన యింటివారిని, సంరక్షింపక పోయినయెడల వాడు విశ్వాసత్యాగము చేసినవాడై అవిశ్వాసికన్న చెడ్డవాడై యుండును.
8. But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith and is worse than an infidel.
9. అరువది ఏండ్ల కంటె తక్కువవయస్సు లేక, ఒక్క పురుషునికే భార్యయై,
9. Let not a widow be taken into the number under three score years old, having been the wife of one man,
10. సత్‌క్రియలకు పేరుపొందిన విధవరాలు పిల్లలను పెంచి, పరదేశులకు అతిథ్యమిచ్చి, పరిశుద్ధుల పాదములు కడిగి, శ్రమపడువారికి సహాయముచేసి, ప్రతి సత్కార్యముచేయ బూనుకొనినదైతే ఆమెను విధవరాండ్ర లెక్కలో చేర్చవచ్చును.
10. well reported of for good works: if she has brought up children, if she has lodged strangers, if she has washed the saints' feet, if she has relieved the afflicted, if she has diligently followed every good work.
11. ¸యవనస్థులైన విధవ రాండ్రను లెక్కలో చేర్చవద్దు;
11. But the younger widows refuse, for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry,
12. వారు క్రీస్తునకు విరోధముగా నిరంకుశలైనప్పుడు తమ మొదటి విశ్వాసమును వదలుకొనిరను తీర్పుపొందినవారై పెండ్లాడగోరుదురు.
12. having damnation because they have cast off their first faith.
13. మరియు వారు ఇంటింట తిరుగులాడుచు, బద్ధకురాం డ్రగుటకు మాత్రమేగాక, ఆడరాని మాటలాడుచు, వదరు బోతులును పరులజోలికి పోవువారునగుటకును నేర్చు కొందురు.
13. And besides they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.
14. కాబట్టి ¸యవన స్త్రీలు వివాహము చేసికొని పిల్లలను కని గృహపరిపాలన జరిగించుచు, నిందించుటకు విరోధికి అవకాశమియ్యకుండవలెనని కోరు చున్నాను.
14. It is my will therefore that the younger women marry, bear children, guide the house, give no occasion to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
15. ఇంతకుముందే కొందరు త్రోవనుండి తొలగి పోయి సాతానును వెంబడించినవారైరి.
15. For some have already turned aside after Satan.
16. విశ్వాసురాలైన యే స్త్రీ యింటనైనను విధవరాండ్రుండినయెడల, సంఘము నిజముగా అనాథలైన విధవరాండ్రకు సహాయము చేయుటకై దానిమీద భారములేకుండ ఆమెయే వీరికి సహాయము చేయవలెను.
16. If any man or woman who believeth have widows, let them relieve them and let not the church be burdened, that it may assist those who are widows indeed.
17. బాగుగా పాలనచేయు పెద్దలను, విశేషముగా వాక్య మందును ఉపదేశమందును ప్రయాసపడువారిని, రెట్టింపు సన్మానమునకు పాత్రులనుగా ఎంచవలెను.
17. Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the Word and doctrine.
18. ఇందుకు నూర్చెడి యెద్దు మూతికి చిక్కము వేయవద్దు అని లేఖనము చెప్పుచున్నది.

18. For the Scripture saith, "Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn," and, "The laborer is worthy of his reward."
19. మరియు పనివాడు తన జీతమునకు పాత్రుడు ఇద్దరు ముగ్గురు సాక్షులుంటేనేగాని పెద్దమీద దోషా రోపణ అంగీకరింపకుము

19. Against an elder receive not an accusation, except before two or three witnesses.
20. ఇతరులు భయపడునిమిత్తము పాపము చేయువారిని అందరియెదుట గద్దింపుము.
20. Those who sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
21. విరోధ బుద్ధితోనైనను పక్షపాతముతోనైనను ఏమియుచేయక, నేను చెప్పిన ఈ సంగతులను గైకొనవలెనని దేవుని యెదుటను, క్రీస్తుయేసు ఎదుటను, ఏర్పరచబడిన దేవ దూతలయెదుటను నీకు ఆనబెట్టుచున్నాను.
21. I charge thee before God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.
22. త్వరపడి యెవనిమీదనైనను హస్తనిక్షేపణము చేయకుము. పరులపాప ములలో పాలివాడవై యుండకుము. నీవు పవిత్రుడవుగా ఉండునట్లు చూచుకొనుము.
22. Lay hands hastily on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins. Keep thyself pure.
23. ఇకమీదట నీళ్లేత్రాగక నీ కడుపు జబ్బునిమిత్తమును తరచుగా వచ్చు బలహీనతల కోసరమును ద్రాక్షారసము కొంచెముగా పుచ్చుకొనుము.
23. Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thy frequent infirmities.
24. కొందరి పాపములు తేటగా బయలుపడి న్యాయపు తీర్పునకు ముందుగా నడుచుచున్నవి, మరికొందరి పాప ములు వారివెంట వెళ్లుచున్నవి.
24. Some men's sins are open beforehand, going on to judgment; and in some men they follow after.
25. అటువలె మంచికార్యములు తేటగా బయలుపడుచున్నవి, బయలుపడనివి దాచబడనేరవు.
25. Likewise also the good works of some are manifest beforehand, but they that are otherwise cannot be hid.
